You can eat either high carb, or high fat....you cannot do both.
You can live without carbohydrates but you must eat a certain amount of fats. For most a low carbohydrate diet would be best.

Uh, why not? If my lunch is a Big Mac, fries and a Coke, wouldn’t that be a high-carb meal and a high-fat meal?
