South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott, sitting at a news anchor desk alongside his four Black Republican friends and colleagues from Congress, confessed his grandmother was conservative.
“She may never (have) said the word conservative. She may never (have) voted conservative but everything she taught me was conservative,” he said on his new YouTube series called “America’s Starting Five,” aimed at dissecting the narrative peddled against Black Republicans, by the five elected Black Republicans in Congress.

Never bother reading an article that capitalizes “black” but not “white”.
It also means that he is the current 4/1 betting fav to be VP.
For the keep hope alive crowd Vance has moved into 4th choice fr 10th choice and is now listed at 15/1.
Tim Scott has a lifetime conservative voting record of 68% (Freedom Index). He is not conservative.
A lot of moderates and RINOs self identify as “conservative” in order to get elected. Their rhetoric doesn’t match their voting records.
Some are conservative in specific areas but overall moderate. It’s like a Democrat being pro-life and hard left on everything else. The media will call them “conservative” but their overall record is what counts.
Tim Scott is not a conservative.
He’s def not conservative on abortion.
I’m not that familiar but can’t think of any other like Democrat positions.
