Pakistani man covers interviewer's head with cloth: 'You're in an Islamic nation'

In a televised interview in Pakistan, a young man made a striking statement by placing his shawl on the head of the female interviewer.

During the interview, he placed his shawl over the head of the female interviewer, symbolically reminding her of the cultural and religious norms of the country. The gesture was accompanied by a reminder that in an Islamic nation, covering one's head is often associated with adhering to Allah's directives.

Never be shown in western media, because everyone here seems to think Islam will conform with their “norms.” Can’t wait to watch that train wreck unfold.

I think I heard an “f” and “islam” when she replied after shaking that stinking shawl off.

It is a hot North Indian babe. Fair skinned. Unlike the dark skinned south Asians.

The Kippah (head covering) (or sometomes called a yarmulke, yamaka) is worn by Jewish men as a sign of respect for God above you.

Maybe it’s origin is either cultural to the whole Middle East or maybe it goes back to Abraham.

Bull. It was an obvious act of domination.

Until the 70s and the current crowd’s hostile takeover, almost all women wore head coverings within Catholic churches, and of course they still do within traditional circles. Out on the street is different but thought I would throw in a Friday Factoid for those who might be unaware. (Might want to check out: 1 Corinthians 11)

Make them wear a cross when interviewed by a Christian. Or a Star of David when interviewed by a Jew.

If she’s in Pakistan, I have no problem with that.

By the same token, those evil freaks need to have the same respect for our culture when they’re here.

Si fueris Romae, Romano vivito more; si fueris alibi, vivito sicut ibi.

If you are in Rome, live in the Roman manner; if you are elsewhere, live as they do there.

- attributed to Saint Ambrose in the 300s A.D.

The West (and aspiring Westerners) might be less hated in the rest of the world if, at least when visiting their native locales, this concept was a bit better respected. Just a thought.

I think you follow the customs of the country you are in. If she doesn’t like it, leave. I wish the people would do the same in the United States though.

Don’t misunderstand: I’m in support of the spirit of their message. Throughout human history, customs existed and were expected to be followed for a reason. I’m simply commenting on the very interesting dichotomy that exists between the leftist globalists and their embrace of radical Islam as a means to garner loyal foot soldiers. If only those empty headed socialist children knew what they were really signed up for…

Wearing a head covering in church and being forced to wear a head covering all day everywhere are not the same thing. Not even close.

What is wrong with that? Pakistan is more than 95% muslim and it’s the official religion of that country. I want foreigners visiting here to abide by our culture and laws - especially those tens of thousands foreign creeps who are disrupting our colleges now. They should all be deported.

Jinnah the founder of Pakistan stated directly in its founding documents and Constitution that Pakistan was a secular state.

Also, Jinnah was personally an atheist and thought all religions were primitive anachronisms.
