Her rights of “equal protection” and “one man one vote” are not violated by the electoral college. Those rights, as to elections of the president, are assigned to the voters IN EACH STATE, and then as a result of those votes, it is, essentially, the states determining by THEIR popular vote how their state’s electors ought to vote.

The election of the president, in this REPUBLIC, is, essentially BY THE STATES, via the electoral college, and Constitutionally by design NOT “national popular vote”.

Any judge not ignorant of the Constitution will throw her case out.
