John Danforth can comfort himself over that if he likes by asserting that Trump doesnt represent Republicans, but Republicans themselves have been pretty clear over the past 26 months what their view of that is.

That is right senator Danforth. Trump does not represent the career GOP politicians who are ALL globalists with very few exceptions. The donor class is for the cheap labor express to maximize profits, and Trump is a thorn in their path.
Every one of the career politicians must obey their ultra rich donor class, else their political careers are toast.
Why do you think we have $500,000,000,000 deficit EVERY frickin year with China? Why are US corporations moving plants to Mexico? Why a GOP senator was pushing for 500% increase in H1B visa's for cheap IT workers from India & others? Why do we engage in foreign nation building? (higher profits for donor class businesses). Why do you think are we importing one million LOW skilled and LOW net worth LEGAL immigrants EVERY year? Why they never built the Wall, and will not fund the wall?

If I thought Donald Trump represented what the Republican Party stood for I wouldn’t have voted for him.

A man named after an anchor has been a drag on conservatism his entire career. We need to throw the rest of the one world republicans overboard without a line, too.

Keen observation.
That’s why we elected Trump.
To Hell with the GOP.

Thank goodness he does not. Because the Republican Party stands for zero. It is anti-America. And all its members want is power, perks and pleasure and to hell with the rest of the nation. Trump is trying to rectify the mess you and the Democrats have gotten us into.

Yes. Obstructing the Trump agenda -- that he was elected on. They would rather sink back into minority status for another 40 years.
Their political planks of lower taxes, lesser government, fewer regulations, repealing Obamacare, etc., have been nothing but lies to get them elected.
But, it has to be the district and state voters that vote them out. Otherwise, we get a return of the Flakes and McConnells and Ryans, and Grahams and McCains, etc., and the status quo will remain.

Just another GOPee nail sticking up that needs to be hammered back down.
He must be looking for a Trump tweet headed in his general direction.

Trump Doesnt Represent What The Republican Party Stands For No, he represents what AMERICA stands for: our FREE CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC.
The Republican Party and their primary concern for their own political future can take a flying leap.

One of the beauties of Trump is that he has completely dismantled Conservative, Inc. These bastards talk a good game on the campaign trail, interviews with talk radio hosts, in think tanks, and during CPAC, but when in office they don't have the guts to follow through on anything.
8 months into the Trump Presidency and not a damn thing has been done in Congress. Obamacare should have been repealed immediately on Jan 21st. Tax reform. Ending all funding for Planned Parenthood and education and all the left-wing advocacy groups. CAIR and all Somali refugees should have been kicked out of the country. Military should have been put on the border.
The Republican Party is a total, listless joke. I am done with politics folks if Republicans keep blocking Trump's agenda, because then this country is going to immediately go to Hell.

Democrats have a 3 to 2 registration edge in our county. Walter Mondale carried it in the Reagan 49 state landslide of 1984. In 2016, Trump beat Hillary here by 64% to 33%, with a vote margin of 28% OVER what Trump got to win in Pennsylvania.
The unpopularity of the GOPe and the unpopularity of Hillary were the main two reasons. You may argue about the order, but not the reasons.
