I use
Seamonkey browser, which runs on Mozilla.
I've stuck with it over the years because it has
an HTML editor in its suite. The editor creates
code for things like images, links, tables,and
text enhancements. I am too lazy to learn
and type in all the HTML stuff by hand, too.

Use the war powers act. When the approval deadline arrives, assuming deadlines mean anything anymore, ie, running the country without a mandated budget for years, the war will have have been long decided.
