It’s a triangulation policy trial balloon intended to avoid triggering a bad reaction in the US.) She isn’t against uncontrolled immigration because it is bad for civilization. No, it’s because it is causing the Trumpsters in the world to win elections. The implication to me is that once the liberals win elections they can begin the mass migrations again.
