Pennsylvania was Trump country in 2016. The question in 2019 is, will Pennsylvania deliver the votes for a Trump victory in 2020?

In the match-up between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton in 2016, Trump won the state by more than 44,000 votes. The contest turned out to be 48.2% to 47.5% in favor of Trump. With the additions of Wisconsin and Michigan, Trump broke through the blue wall previously responsible for Democrat wins in presidential elections in recent years. The combined margin of votes in favor of Trump in all three states totaled 77,000. So, it was tight in these big states, but he won.

Maine and California will have to give Trump their electorial college votes if he wins the popular vote. That will be a great sight.

He’s picking the districts where high Trump-voter groups exist. When they show an arena that can hold 12,000 people....there’s 12,000 there. It’s not like the Hillary trips where they booked a a 3,000 person arena, and only 1,200 showed up. So if you measure enthusiasm....it’s at maximum level with jobs, the economy, and issues in the positive numbers.

So far, if you look at Democratic contenders....is there any of them with real public enthusiasm? Even Bernie has burnt-out.

Then the Democrats will have to go to court to overturn their own state laws. Won’t that be a sight?

The Donks have all the energy of a spavined mule.....that’s what hate does to them.

President Trump is going to beat the Donks like a drum.

Not exactly ‘Trump country’ with such a small margin. “ to be 48.2% to 47.5% in favor of Trump.”

A nice win no doubt.

But we have to win far more over.

Or the Dem governors will convene the Dem legislatures into emergency session to simply repeal the “states’ compact” and award their votes to the Dem who actually carried their states. This will be done in the name of repeating their states’ voters’ will. They will never allow it to be used against a Dem candidate.

The problem for the Democrats in Pennsylvania is that in 2016 the Dems got out the vote in Philly and Pittsburgh, but the rest of the state was so overwhelmingly Trump that he overcame all the Dem shenanigans in Philly and Pittsburgh.

“Dems got out the vote in Philly and Pittsburgh, but the rest of the state was so overwhelmingly Trump...”

I was visiting a customer up in a small village in NE PA about 10 days before the election in 2016. These are small, struggling towns on the edge of the depressed coal regions that Joe Biden claims to be from. Coming back I passed through the town of Jim Thorpe, PA and noticed that the storefront that was Hillary’s campaign HQ for that region was closed & shutdown! 10 days BEFORE the election???

So H’s campaign felt the area was already decided based on polling and their resources could be better used elsewhere. Combine that with the Trump lawn signs and banners that were literally everywhere, it was pretty obvious that Joe Biden’s backyard was going for Trump in a big way.

Philly, the Burgh and their immediate suburbs kept it to less than a 1-point race. The election shenanigans that goes on in Philly every election cycle has got to stop. They’ve taken simple vote-fraud and raised it to a high art. I think that Trump’s real margin in PA was probably 3 to 5 percent. So the vote-fraud in Philly is probably enough to steal any statewide election that is within 2.
