ABC News on Thursday published a lengthy article that ABC touted as a fact-check on Wednesday night’s first and only vice presidential debate, but the network’s article exclusively focused on Vice President Mike Pence’s remarks.
The article, titled “Fact-checking the 2020 vice presidential debate between Mike Pence and Kamala Harris,” promises to evaluate “what both candidates said,” but deals only with the vice president.
ABC divided the feature into 12 separate sections, each of which dealt only with remarks from Pence.

That’s because the only truthful statement she made was, “I ain’t gonna answer that”...
