Explanation from livius on another thread:
The Spanish Embassy in Cairo also received a threat a couple of days ago against Spanish interests in Morocco. The group (supposedly AQ linked) threatened to use car-bombs if Spanish troops were not withdrawn from Iraq in 4 weeks. So in other words, AQ is now setting up a timetable for Spain to comply with the terms of its surrender.
Yup, the Spanish have yet to get the message: They are in a war for their survival, whether that threat seems real to them or not. Islam never rests. They fight by any means, especially demographic. It is a system bent on global conquest. Crush them or submit. That is the choice.
As you know, Spain is keeping sovereignty over the cities of Ceuta and Melilla in the Moroccan coast. I never understood the why; all I knew was that some of my friends and a cousin were sent there (at least at the time there was a draft in Spain, I don't know about it now)to fight the ragheads. It has been an undeclared war, with Moroccans shooting at the Spanish soldiers, and the Spaniards shooting back. I wasn't surprised at all when I read that some of the suspects arrested came from Morocco!
