Oh, please ... Fiona and Shrek are *female and male.* What is this reviewer thinking??? If they really wanted to push the "gay agenda" in the movie, Shrek would have married the donkey (who already is hitched to a dragon, but now it's getting complicated...)
My wife never heard the recording--all she ever heard was ME singing it from time to time, and sometimes it got stuck in her head.
Actually, there were three tunes she'd sometimes get 'stuck', and I'd try to unstick one by singing another.
It must be true. My 2 year old son just ate some Shrek II cereal, and now he won't stop whistling show tunes.
NTTAWWT!
There is a difference of course. Shrek and Princess Fiona, despite their weirdness are:
1) A Male and A Female
2) Can probably produce children
No one, not President Bush or Jerry Falwell or anyone else is telling anyone whom they can or can not "love". They are only telling them whose relationships the state will or will not sanction. If this is what the reviewer got from the movie, either he or the maker of the movie doesn't really understand the best arguments against gay marriage (which has NOTHING to do with who a person can or can not love!)
