Two 'Metro' guys (Kerry & Edwards)
U.S. News- Washington Whispers ^ | 07/19/04 | Paul Bedard

Posted on 07/11/2004 6:43:01 AM PDT by Pokey78

They talk about how good their hair looks, they pat each other on the cheek and butt, both wear expensive suits, and the top guy on the new Democratic presidential ticket gets his nails done. Is it any wonder the GOP is whispering that the duo of John Kerry and John Edwards are the first "metrosexual" ticket, a reference to the New Age term describing straight guys who act gay? Not that there's anything wrong with that, of course. Bush aides even suggest that Saturday Night Live feature the two in an episode of cartoon Ace and Gary, the "Ambiguously Gay Duo."

All you have to do is see those two together and you start laughing. There is nothing they can do to wipe that first week out of the minds of the American people.

Ah well, they'll get the San Francisco vote.

A metrosexual gigolo chooses a boy toy. I am not surprised.

Yeah, right, they'll be staying far away that depiction from now until Nov. The Bush campaign has been yearning for a "Dukakis in a tank" photo opportunity; funny that the Tom-Tom Club has so readily provided it so early in the campaign.

Bush is way too kind, but that doesn't mean we can't use it.
I was wondering how long it would be before the Gomorrah Massachusetts senator would to go home with his new boy toy. Give it a few more weeks, and he'll be sponsoring a new law allowing homosexual polygamy "marriage" vows.

Those two should just GET A ROOM ALREADY (Imagine what those two say to each other while in private. The Whoopie campaign would sound like preschool )
