Things are not looking good for Kolbe. Good. I'm tired of having to put up with Democrats in Republican clothing.

You know I find that Classless all the way around. I know Kolbe is gay but as far as I know he has been a fairly Loyal Republican even if he is somewhat of a RINO.
I don't live in Arizona and have no axes to grind there but the reality of today's politics is that there are going to be gay politicians and some of them are bound to be Republicans, and while we won't agree on every issue, if Jim Kolbe supports the War on Terrorism and a Conservative economic agenda, i.e. Tax Cuts and Less Regualtions, etc., I just don't care what his personal love life is.

I guess this might be an example of what bush meant when he said "You're either with us, or against us."
Regardless of the reason, like actively working against conservative republicans in primary races against rino incumbents, it appears that at least within the party all republicans are equal, but some are more equal than others.

Kolbe is pitiful. He is sending out mailers that have copied a letter the president sent him about something with a very tepid text. There is no firm endorsement whatsoever, but Kolbe is trying to tie himself to W's coattails. I have already voted for the REAL conservative in this race, Randy Graf.
We are sick and tired of Kolbe's type of Republican. Here'a a chance to weed them out. Come on Tucson.

Kolbe plotted with the Democrats to try to push through an amendment to the relief bill after 9/11 that would give benefits to gay partners. When some Republicans stood against it they said it was because of this attitude that we will be attacked again.
I believe this was their first order of business in the house after 9/11.

The White House indirectly spurns a sitting GOP congressman because he's too liberal.
Too bad such a standard didn't apply to Arlen Specter.

I'm proud to be traveling with a great American and a fine citizen of this state, a person who served his nation with distinction and honor -- John McCain I thought there was no bigger RINO in the Republican Party than John McCain, but apparently I was mistaken,Arizona has another named Jim Kolbe. Somewhere sometime down the line, will someone tell me, other than the hellishly cruel treatment he endured in Vietnam (for 7 years I believe, which is admittedly far beyond comprehension for any human being to fathom) other than that, what good has he done for the Republican Party as a whole? I ask that only because I turn the channel whenever he comes on the TV. On the other hand, at least you in Arizona have elected Republican Officials, whereas we in Calif. are stuck with 2 crass leftist Senators named Boxer and Di Fi.

- Homosexual Agenda PING -
Let the truth be spoken, I say.
I have a feeling in both '04 and '06, some RINO's are going to get a rude awakening, and find themselves out of a job.
The more the immoral, decadent, and indecent Left continue to push and push and push...the more honest, moral, and upright people will start to push back.

Is this how the Prez rewards his convention props? In 2000, Kolbe made big headlines as the first homosexual Republican ever invited to speak during prime time. This no doubt offended some of the 4 million evangelical Christians that Karl Rove complains didn't show up to vote that year. Since there are no homosexual Republicans slated to speak in prime time at this year's Republican Convention, maybe they've decided not to as blatantly diss conservative Christians this time around.
