It looks like John Kerry and the Dems are barking up the wrong tree again. A very brief amount of research turned up at least four violations of the Kerry-Standard Federal Election Commission laws on 527s. I personally believe in Free and Open Speech but if J"FEC"K really wants to hunt violaters he ought to start in his own backyard. This site links to original sources (while they last) which have all the details of this and at least three other "violations".

Great Find. Looks like a 527 violation to me. The smoking gun. Foward to the FEC.

They had a FEC chairman on FOX earlier with Brit Hume, said MoveOn has both a hard money account and a softy account with the IRS.
The hard money side can coordinate with the DNC, the softy side (set up for Soros', Lewis' etc. millions) one cannot.
He didn't say whether there is any oversight from the IRS...I'm sure the public John is cooperating at his usual level on that.

You are the first to object. It is your right to disagree, but let me say I do not feel I am slighting anyone who served in Nam nor those who serve today. Those of us who were adults and/or served during the Vietnam War have special feelings for those who trashed our military. I don't know your age but to put this cartoon in perspective, I post this:

Coldblooded Murder:

"He served our country as my dad did in Vietnam and I think it's disrespectful for all men in uniform to make him out like that."I doubt very much that Kerry served our country "as your dad did":
- Did your dad volunteer for what was supposed to be a safe job well away from the action, then complain constantly and bitterly when the mission changed to put him in harm's way?
- Did your dad put himself in twice for Purple Hearts for self-inflicted wounds?
- Did your dad allow a sampan full of innocent civilians to be massacred because he was sleeping on radar duty?
- Did your dad slaughter a civilian village's livestock and torch its huts?
- Did your dad repeatedly wander off from his assigned post?
- Was your dad so hated by his brothers in arms that one of them told him, "stay 1000 yards away from me or I'll teach you what a real Purple Heart is"?
- Finally, did your dad exploit a technicality to bug out of Vietnam after 80 days of combat duty?
No, I expect your dad did none of those things. I expect your dad fulfilled his duty to our country with honor, dignity and pride, and I thank him for it. Read
Unfit for Command and then decide whether Kerry deserves even a
fraction of the respect your dad does. I personally think it's disrespectful toward all men in uniform to pretend that Kerry's "service" is in any way comparable to theirs.

Welcome to Free Republic!
Yes...Kerry did serve. But, it appears that
he served himself, more than his country.
BTW, as the wife of a Viet Nam vet, I don't
find that cartoon offensive, at all.
However, you are right in one respect...
we should hammer him on his post-war
activities. I think that is exactly what
the SBVFT are doing right now.
Have you donated to them yet?
Please...thank your dad for his service.
I am sure you are very proud of him,
as I am of ALL Viet Nam vets.

It was new news to me. I don't think we've even begun to uncover the deep dark cavernous recesses of rotten moldy legal worming and word witching the Public John Attorneys For President is taking our country to. Some pretty good researchers here @ FreeRepublic got a better than average jump on it though :<)

See you new here since 12AM CST. You are either a Democrat troll or a young man who is very confused and does not know his history. If it is the latter, my salute to your father's service and the hope you will put a little elbow grease into reading about the history and times of the Vietnam War. If the former, well... I'll let my good friend Bender speak here.
Hey, troll? Kiss my shiny @ss!
