NEWLY-HIRED KERRY ADVISORS JAMES CARVILLE AND PAUL BEGALA SAID IT'S THE CANDIDATE STUPID: "Bill Clinton and Al Gore probably assembled as good a staff as anyone has ever put together for a presidential campaign. But the dirty little secret is that they would have won with the staffs assembled by Michael Dukakis or Walter Mondale. It has always been our belief that consultants don't win elections; candidates do." (James Carville and Paul Begala, "Who Wins The Election? It's The Candidate, Stupid," Seattle Post-Intelligencer, 12/8/92)LEARN ABOUT KERRY/EDWARDS' SHIFTING POSITIONS AT WWW.KERRYONIRAQ.COM

Carville and Begala are right.
Can we now say that both of these idiots are just that, idiots?

I understand they denied on Larry King that they were working for the campaign.

Well ya have to start off with a good candidate...the only problem is that the Traitor has more baggage than Delta Airlines...and the 'Rats have been sold a bill of goods by an opportunist who has fabricated his resume for the past thirty friggin' years!!!

..Has CNN addressed the question of any semblance of objectivity? They addressed that question when they hired Al Hunt's wife.

Ask that to ABC too. They have little George Stephanapolis on TV pretending to be a "journalist". Which is typical for ABC except in little Georgie's case the SOB is a DNC operative. I'm amazed that ABC would hire him. It's a farce.
A person only has to watch the documentary "The War Room" to see that little George is James Carville with nice hair and a more modulated voice.

So if Carville and Begala had worked on the Dukakis and Mondull campaigns the results would have been the same? I wouldn't admit that.

Bill Clinton and Al Gore probably assembled as good a staff as anyone has ever put together for a presidential campaign. I want to know who the genius was in the Clinton camp that recruited Perot to run. Clinton got fewer votes than Dukakis and still won.
