Should be an interesting show. Drudge has been off the air for two weeks, and lived through the Frances aftermath like so many others.
We also have CBS News caught red-handed doing PRECISELY what they've long (and mostly unfairly) accused Drudge of doing... rushing to print, not giving proper journalistic vetting to sources.. etc. At least if Drudge gets a bad piece of info he ADMITS IT and, uh, "moves on."

Don't konk out now, I'm hoping Matt will really nail CBS tonight. Has he got the info down pat? I don't know, but I did email him today with a snippet from Howard Kurtz on Reliable Sources, telling viewers that Bob Shrum's wife is a credited source in Kitty Kelley's book. And that's just a side issue.
Matt needs to nail CBS for their complicity in the fraudulant memos. (I think Burkett provided them to CBS, I think CBS knew they were fraudulent and used them anyway. I think CBS will stonewall this until it doesn't matter anymore, just hoping their ruse helps Kerry by turning some undecideds against Bush.)
The evidence is overwhelming...I want Matt to say that loud and strong tonight.
