AP FOIA request.
Okay, one, Bush gave them the authority!
Two, who is this judge to assume authority?
Three, what does he mean by releasing ALL records? Does this mean they are supposed to invade other officer's documents without permission that may or may not contain files about G.W.? If so, this guy needs to be impeached.
This is all part of that AP FOIA suit. Interesting that the AP hasn't brought up Kerry's 180 - think we should begin contacting Kelly (authored the above article) and ask why the AP hasn't pursued Kerry's records.
They are "finding" document all over the DNC offices in Texas.

Kerry's records currently cannot be had under FOIA's privacy provisions. Not unless and until Kerry finally signs that 180 (without restrictions on the parties to whom the materials in his files can be released), as Bush did long ago.
(Isn't it interesting that the reason we're now having all this discussion, lawsuits, etc. about Bush's records is because Bush signed a 180 to permit scrutiny of a military record he DIDN"T make the centerpiece of his campaign, whereas Kerry HASN'T signed a 180 to permit scrutiny of a military record that he DID make the centerpiece of HIS campaign?)

He didn't, actually. Kerry and Bush should have some sort of 180-signing ceremony and let everyone sort through the pile.
