Jeb's numbers aren't surprising--the idea is to avoid a Bush dynasty. Jeb won't be running for President for a long time, if ever.
Arnold shouldn't be on the list.
I personally think Giuliani will be the nominee. Not sure who his VP will be, but he'll likely keep most of Bush's cabinet, assuming they want to stay on for another four years. I can't see Rice on the ticket, great as that would be.

Giuliani will be the death of the GOP. The same with any pro-abortion candidate. Millions and millions of voters will see that as a signal that neither party will do anything about the court and abortion. It will be trouble. The best you could hope for is a third party that will permanently wound the GOP. After a few years the GOP will get less votes than the Whigs.
Giuliani will be the ultimate Rodham weapon.

Rudy's on his third marriage - and, reportedly, overtly carried on with other women during his first two. This is a candidate for the "family values" party?

Judging from the comments of many on FR, Giuliani wouldn't make it through the Republican primaries because of his stand on abortion and gays. A shame, because he'd be a slam dunk to win the general election.

Giuliani has NO chance!! He is way left on all the social issues that drive the Republican primaries. I don't think he would even finish in the top three in a four person race that included Allen Keyes.

I personally think Giuliani will be the nominee. Nope. He is pro-abortion and pro-gay. I really don't see him surviving a primary.
He is a favorite of the Party Uber Alles crowd though.

What about Rice/Bush? In that order...foreign affairs first and economy next.
