Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That's what we're supposed to be allowed. And many constitutional scholars read much of that to be property ownership. But now, governments merely need to prove that increased tax base is a significant enough 'public necessity' to take your property from you through eminent domain.

Hopefully this case that is to be heard before the Supreme Court in the next session will turn back such land-grabs and help the PEOPLE keep what they've worked so hard to get.

That's illegal. Eminent Domain cannot be used as a safety valve by The State simply because they lack the funds to fairly compensate those who are willing to negotiate. And especially NOT for a stinking baseball stadium.
