This is a good map, updated frequently. How about a SWAG guess as to the final outcome: Bush 56% with 300+EV, Kerry 40% Nader 2%, Senate to 62, House to 244. Other thoughts?

I don't really want to go to the blog. Maybe you could explain the bizarre title?

Gluteals = A**. I didn't want to get scolded by the moderator. I guess I should have said SWGG.

I am really getting bloody fed up with these bloggers using FR to pimp their sites. It's rude and inconsiderate.

JMHO, of course.

He didn't post it, I did. The person who owns this blog had nothing to do with posting it and is probably unaware that I have done so.

Unless "he" has taken FR to court to require excerpting, there is absolutely no reason for you to excerpt it. Post the whole article.

Drudge: ABC/WaPo Tracking now B51-K46DRUDGE REPORT gets the link. I’ll update the scoreboard with the details when they are published.

Obviously, Drudge looks at this as some sort of big move, but the Washington Post has had Senator Kerry at 47-46-47 and now 46 again today, so that is pretty stable. Meanwhile they have had President Bush at 50-50-50 and now 51. That’s pretty stable too.

Poll: Bush Doubles Support Among BlacksA few people brought this poll to my attention, but I kept getting sidetracked every time I went to post it.

That helped the president narrow the still sizable gap with Kerry among blacks, who preferred the four-term Massachusetts senator over Bush, 69 percent to 18 percent. The group’s poll before the 2000 election found Gore with a 74 percent to 9 percent lead over Bush.

Polls differ on the level of support for Bush among blacks. An Associated Press-Ipsos poll in mid-September found that 80 percent of registered black voters backed Kerry while 7 percent supported Bush.

Exit polls in 2000 showed Gore winning 90 percent of the black vote, with Bush at 9 percent — the lowest support for a Republican presidential candidate since Barry Goldwater garnered 6 percent in 1964.

There is a lot more on his page but I thought the EC breakdown was the most interesting.

I downloaded the spread sheet at electoral-vote.com, and played with the numbers a bit. I came up with Kerry-219, Bush-312. Contrary to that site's bogus poll, there is no way that Kerry will win Fla. Remember all the polls that told us that uh, I can't remember his name, would beat Jeb for governor in 2002. I also think Bush pull upsets in a couple of other states, while Kerry won't pull any.
