The man that introduced my parents to each other was 1st Sgt of a tank unit at Hood when I first met him so I have a soft spot for Hood. Plus my company does work for the families of military members of hood and nearly every other military base in the world. The uniform made him cool. The tour of a tank made him a hero. I was 7 at the time so my apologies for not remembering the model of tank, and I went in the Air Force so I don't know the exact unit size (I know Wing, Group, Squadron, Flight)
