Well said. She needs to run. It would be great. I would be even more fired up for the next election than I was for this one if that is possible. I welcome her run.

I don't fear Hillary. I fear the spines of the people who will have to face her and the spines of their advisors. With backbone and principle we can put a bootheel to the Clinton Legacy whatever that is. To the ash heap of history for those two.

"So who says that she will be elected for a second term, anyway?"

No kidding. And even if she WERE elected for a second term, then ran as president, who says she would give up her senate seat (unless she WAS elected, heaven forbid!)? Kerry didn't give up HIS senate seat (do democrats running for president EVER give up their seats unless elected?)

I shudder to think of her as a candidate in 2008.

She's a far better candidate than most people realize. (As was her husband.) President Rodham is a distinct posibility. Think of what use she could make of the Patriot Act.

Maybe Elanor Roosevelt told her to stay in the Senate in 2006, or do you think since Hellery isn't in the White House they're not talking anymore?

Exactly!!! You are so right (so to speak)---we have got to have a candidate that will be as "right" as Bush and even more conservative regarding the borders and keeping down spending. I have a feeling that Bush is going to keep funding the Defense dept. with whatever is needs.

All of the New York congresspeople are glad that Bush named Kerik as HS Secretary because they think he will lavish NY with a bunch of money---well, I think they have gotten a lot more money than they even want to admit because of the opening up of the "bank" right after 9/11. Watch Hillary make a big deal about it though.

Why do you say that? Do you know something about him?

Who would beat him in the primary? Hill/Bill?

Ann Lewis is one of the rudest people I have ever listened to. The only woman ruder than Ann would be Maxine Waters.

It has been evident for four years that Hillary cares nothing for the Senate or New York. The Senatorship is designed to inoculate her against the charge of 'never having held high elective office." It is also a launching pad for the Presidency. Never doubt it.

Bayh is waaaaay too conservative. In the Dem primaries..the liberal activists are the ones who come out and vote..Look what happened in 2004..they just about ran Lieberman off the stage...Dean would run, and he'd beat Bayh in Iowa and NH by 20%.. That's the bigh problem the Dems have..their nominating procedure is flawed..

Bad for them, good for us-----

I think in the ELECTION, unless we get a better candidate than I've seen mentioned, Bayh would be formidable.

But you are right, how soon I forgot the fiasco that was the Democrat Primaries!!! Maybe, Dean will run again

a higher-double standard

That's okay. We expect only an ordinary double standard.

Beware!

The Conspiring Clintons
At Work...

Why don't they just take
a vacation and give it up!

Gosh it's tiring always
feeling the advance on our
freedoms...

So much to lose.

What do the Clinton's really hope
to gain, I wonder???

With Kerry we had to relive Viet Nam with Hillary we are going to have to relive every scandal the Clintons were in. The witch better think twice before she runs.

I think Rudy might run for Governor. It'd work better for him too. The Governor's election is next year and no one thinks that Pataki will run again and that'd give him three years until '08 to get his ducks in a row. Further Senators don't win the Presidency.

Rudy and Condi, that'd be a hellava ticket.

Does anyone doubt that Hitlery is going to be the nominee of the Clinton Party?

With that knowledge, we can do something about it and block her ascent.

(It's going to be a long 4 years...)

Yes, but I don't think that Rudy would get the enthusiastic backing from Republicans that GWB has received. The highest and best thing for liberal to moderate Republican politicians to do is to fill the Senate seats from states that would never elect a truly conservative Republican. I'd gladly replace either Osama Mama Murray or Maria Can't-think-well with the most liberal RINO anybody decries here at FR!
