Okay, if Newdow had himself orgained a MINISTER of ATHEISM, and he wants God removed from the public square, then isn't he trying to establish a STATE RELIGION of ATHEISM? Why then couldn't we sue for separation of Church (Atheist Church) and State?
I think it's high time to start prosecuting these jerks who are improperly and illegally using the threat of lawsuits and the financial burdens thereof to intimidate anyone who would dare to engage in religious expression. We can start with some RICO and frivolous lawsuit charges.

I don't think that anyone is worthy of "reverence" except for God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. That is my bottom line.
