Tainted John Kerry
kerry's records ^ | 2/18/05

Posted on 02/18/2005 9:36:38 AM PST by pabianice

Following upon Thomas Sowell's excellent essay on the MSM's continued protection of John Kerry from any negative press, I came across several additional pieces of the puzzle.

Sowell makes the point that Kerry never signed his Form 180, making public his Navy record, while Bush did so for his ANG record. However, a further look at Kerry's DD-214 -- the document issued to every US servicemember who leaves active duty after more than 180 days of service -- shows several interesting things the NY Times and Boston Globe would kill to keep secret. Note that:

1. Kerry was separated from the Navy in 1972 with the rank of LTJG (O-2). However, Kerry's own hagiography notes that he was promoted to LT (O-3) in 1970.

2. In 1972, Kerry's six year contract with the Navy had ended (he enlisted in 1966, per the above webpage). However, his DD-214 refuses to issue him his discharge as was normal procedure.

3. Kerry has congratulated himself for meetinmg with the enemy Communist Vietnamese in Paris in 1971.

In summary, no one who has been promoted leaves the Navy at a lower rank unless some judicial punishment has been handed down. No one who has been separated at the end of his contract is discharged six years later unless records have been tampered with. And under US law, Kerry committed treason when he met with the enemy in 1971.

OK, New York Times, Boston Globe, Washington Post -- prove you are real newspapers and not simply ass-kissers for the DNC. I'm not holding my breath.

"I'm not holding my breath."

Please don't. . .it would mean the end to your 'freeping'. . .

These things came out from various sources during Kerry campaign. . .they are facts; and facts, not just the MSM chose to ignore, but worse. . .the RNC and/or rather; Karl Rove.

Aren't you a little early to be starting the Hillary nomination campaign? Oh well, let's get it out there so the media can discuss it in depth. Yeah, right!

More than anything else, it galls me that this is the best 'man' the Liberals could field against President Bush. AND, that they are still angry and hostile about the conditions of their very sound and solid defeat!

What the MSM needs is a 'million-man,' torchlight procession of disgusted Americans armed with tar, feathers and pitchforks.

That's my 'peaceful solution'.

What galls me is that the media still hasnt apologised to the Swift Boat Veterans for calling them liars.

The RNC and Rove chose to take the high road, and I do not blame them. Any assertion concerning these facts, and the RNC would have been attacked by the MSM. You adapt in this kind of campaign, and as shown by the results, the RNC and Rove played the game perfectly.

Swift Boat Veterans for Truth - BUMP

John O'Neill was interviewed by Kirby Wilbur (KVI-Seattle) this morning at the CPAC meeting in DC.

He is a true American hero. I am confident that if necessary, he will make John Kerry's treasonous activities the centerpiece of the 2008 campaign.

And it was the integrity of the Swift boat Veterans for Truth that exposed the camophlage of Kerry's War Hero
Campaign. Note his BIO now suggest some marginal change
and he no longer claims his Navy service ended when he
came back from the brown water of RVN. HE has yet to
contront his LIEs about being the next JFK form Mass. But
so long as they keep supporting him, and Kennedy, and
others like them Mass. will continue to drink of the vine of Sodom.

Ping! Some old news, some new on John F. 'wishes he was Kennedy' sKerry.

This news will be widely aired in the MSM if/when Hillary decides to run (for '08) in mid '07. Otherwise it will continue to be media-suppressed.

Tim Russert held Kerry's feet to the fire on this.

Russert asked him if he would sign, back in April '04. He said he would, then hem-hawed and rambled onto a vague deflection that he had 'released all the records he had received'. [Caveat: He release all he received, but he didn't say he received ALL of the docs.]

Russert asked him if he would sign, back in Kerry's '05 appearance on MTP just a few weeks ago. Yep, Russert is hot after this. And he will be sure and pursue it around April or May of '08. [Snicker, yeh, right!]

"You adapt in this kind of campaign, and as shown by the results, the RNC and Rove played the game perfectly."

. . .you may be right; but personally would like to see the truth stated; the facts offered; particularly when it comes to a candidate and an entire Party, who must choose lies over truth. . .who goals, justify any means. . .

Yes, we won. . .but maybe had Repubs been less fearful of the truth of Kerry; there would have been NO 'blue' states.

This would make it at the least, more difficult for the Dems to recreate/rewrite a campaign history and it's message; and of course, there could be NO pretending by Demrats; no delusions on the Left. . .that this election was close or that their message just did not reach deep enough, into the 'country'. . . .

Better, the Demrat's would be exposed for the frauds that they are; and reveal, unequivically; a complete and total 'fraud'; the best candidate this Party could offer.

If after reading Dr Sowell's commentary, you still have some doubt about him or you simply insist on reliving the past, have fun.
All sane people realize Kerry is a closed chapter. He's gone. He lost. It's over.

The Damned fool still claims he was in Cambodia for Christmas , only now it was a CIA secret trip. Just the other day he offered to give Bush a few tips on the Middle east and the Iraq war, I dont understand why the guys in the white coats havent come for the delusional mental case.
