I'm sorry, but to actually believe it..... you would have to have a non-smoker in the mix. As an ex-smoker with lots of lung problems, I won't go to a restaurant with smokers in it. I can't breathe. I admit that I have become the worst ex-smoker of all.

That's fine and I am sorry for your troubles.

But this should be left up to the private business owner and his patrons.  If one place is too smoky for you, you should be able to go on down the street to a less smoky business.  What with the big smoke eaters the business's installed today, you really have to look to see if anyone is smoking, they are that good.

But I do not believe that the government and the nanny anti's should have been allowed to go in and possess a private business and force a smoking ban on them.

There was a time I would have agreed with you. My complaint about cigarettes I guess has to do with consistency. If it was anything else, it would have been banned completely years ago. Money and addiction does strange things to people's common sense.
