Practicing for WW3 at the roof of the world. If I were India, I might want to ask my self "and the reason Russia continues to increase arms shipments to the PRC is?......" If I were India, I would stop thinking of Russia as my friend and would start looking for new friends.
This is just too funny... those Chinese take their training seriously.

If I were India...... I would look around and find......that I have not many friends closeby who are of any help. The Muslims countries are on the side of Pakistan, Burma (and a few other ASEAN countries) are Chinese protectorates, Japan is strong (and aligned against China) but it is still a pacifist country and never liked India going nuclear, Europe.... will soon sell weapons to China, America is arming India's worst enemy Pakistan and gives only lip service to India, Isreal is willing to provide any help India wants but their tech stuff comes from the US and India cant touch those, Russia sells the best it has to India but it also sell to China (India's other worst enemy).
If I were India.......(hey wait a minute! I AM from India!...damn! )...... I would look around and find that I have only one thing to do. Build my own economic and military capabilities. We have to face the reality.....we have not many friends who would help. We have no one except ourselves to depend on. Sigh!
The frustrating thing is that myself, and some others, here in the US, have wanted to drop Pakistan and partner with India, ever since 9/11. But as you can see, we are up against a certain orthodoxy who cannot see the forest for the trees. All I can do is hope for future miracle.
From what I understand India has only 2 allies - Russia and Israel. The US had a chance to create a grand alliance with Russia and India and we missed the bus.
