"One more communist down. If only Michael Moore would retire."

Nah, we Americans need just one $fat$ intellectually shallow, hateful-leftist buffoon for comedy relief.

Everything that is good and fair shines in contrast to that which is not.

"Her and Al's son Jeff had a shunt installed in his brain for spina bifida complications.
Something went wrong with it about 7 years ago and he's drastically debilitated over last years.
In a wheelchair, speech incoherant, right side of body not working, very depressed. It's always been a stress that the Hunts have downplayed, but Judy has wanted to spend more time with him once her contract expired."

I have sympathy for the Hunts and their disabled son.

However, Judy Woodruff's family tragedy does not excuse her intellectual dishonesty.

"Sorry that a woman in her 50s who has a profoundly sick kid isn't superficial about her looks and not hot enough for the shallow freepers out there. (not directed at finalapproach29er persay, but other freepers laughing about her looks)"

I think Judy Woodruff is an attractive, classy-looking woman with an icy personality and with a bias-blighted intellect.

Woodruff is far more attractive than cutesy-PUGnatious Kouric. But for news analysis and comprehensive reporting I want SUBSTANCE and OBJECTIVITY and HONESTY even if it all comes from a homely person.

"So they both worked hard and had some luck and have money.
So you hate them cause they're liberal and now because they have money ? Yeesh"

ONLY if *they* are anti-capitalist, pro-socialist hypocritical elites. Nothing more paradoxical than a well-to-do or wealthy anti-captialist! Like Soros, Heinz-Kerry and Rockefellers, et al! It's very perverse and strange - bespeaks of a selfish and greedy entitlement or of some deranged sense of empowerment in the arrogance of capitalistic anti-capitalists. Reminds me of old stale cliches expressing "liberal" contempt for middle class materialism (consumerism) and morality. As if the middle class should not afford to be consumers and they should renounce morality?

A general consensus of morality is the necessary cohesive and pragmatic mortar to sustain an ordered society. Only the decadent wealthy elite, like the monarchs and aristocrats of yesterday, can afford amoral sporting.

I digress as always: E.g., infanticide is immoral and partial-birth abortion is not immoral. "Yeesh" ???

I've decided to leave daily journalism after 30 years

After 30 years of what? Judy you may be able to spell journalism but you were a Ratherlist not a journalist.

This is why I like Brit Hume whom others in my household call "droopy eyes."

*Before I tossed my TV (boycott rage) I did appreciate Brit Hume. Reading and re-reading through the vast sources available on the NET affords a more reliable mental digestion than a fleeting moment of hearing or viewing.

The freedom of NET communication is just incredible! Protect this mighty freedom from Hillary - she wants to "filter" out the "vast rightwing conspiracy" and free critical speech. (!) Per one of her ad lib true-revealing slips during an interview at the time of the Monica disclosure - I believe it was in Seattle. Sorta like Hillary's rhetorical slip "we're going down the road of extremism to the brave new world." Heh! Hillary is an advocate, if not an active conspirator, for a one (brave new) world government. The UN is her first stop on that road.

Ummm, how fast do Judy's pants come down, and how did you come by this tidbit? I seriously doubt the conservative credentials of any poster who casually slings around accusations of promiscuity, especially without any substantiation whatsoever...

On the other hand, I'm reserving my final judgement in the hopes that maybe you really do know something I don't.

Ditto:

"Watching her face scrunch up like she was sucking on lemons was a highlight of the 2004 election."

We sure have had a lot of laughs at her expense!!

We are all sorry about her son's afflictions and we will pray for his recovery. But that child's situation has nothing to do with our disdain for this news couple.

We dislike the couple because after all these years they still don't get it ----- they are in lock step with a depraved national party and continually make excuses for a political party and its candidates where none are reasonable, logical nor moral.

Judy Woodruff has "LEFT" the building!!

(Notice the emphasis I put on the word "Left", since it is very apropo for her.

It's about time that lemon-sucking bitc* was run off. Not that I watch the Clinton News Network these days, but she did not even try to feign objectivity. What a miserable news reader. Good riddance.

"Her husband is a major democrat stooge."

Isn't "major democrat stooge" redundant? They all are stooges, with my apologies to Moe, Larry, Curly, and Shemp.

She's the best. She knows the Politics inside out, better than anyone out there. No one at Fox/\/ews can even come close to her knowledge of Politics.

You must be a total airhead too if you think she's anything but a left wing shill. I am guessing you both sniff from the same canister of ozone.
