I have been listening to the John Batchelor on XM radio for over a year now. I wait each evening for John Loftus to come on to find out what is happening around the world and the WOT. Are this man's fact Credible?

When he's got ironclad proof, yeah. Doesn't happen as often as some would like to think.
Ask the "former federal prosecutor" to give you the name of a single case he argued or briefed while at OSI..LOL NONE.

JB's show is often fascinating radio, but I take everything said on it with an enormous grain of salt.
I went to his website and read some of the stuff, it's totally off the wall, with not even a grain of truth in them.

His only job as a "federal prosecutor" was as an atty with DoJ's Office of Special Investigations. To my personal knowledge he never argued a case nor briefed one in the years he was there. He is a fabulist of the first order ..
I never recall him being right about anything... not once.

Loftus is off into tinfoil hat country.
He seemed to make more sense a couple of years ago, but since has lost his footing. It's like he had some good intel contacts in days gone by that have since gone away and now he just makes stuff up.
