As an Illinois voter, I just sent in an email to his website calling for revocation of his security clearance and that he at least step down from his senate leadership role, if not resign altogether.

Actually, all the more reason to strengthen the Patriot Act. Why should senators have access to sensitive info, especially the Dem senators. Let's plug the dyke once and for all.
