CIC Bush and the State of Texas need to be careful here, and unless the President is threatened let the State and County Law enforcement handle the whole situation.

If public, what sort of permit would allow the Moonbats to occupy public land for so long? If they're on private land, what sort of permit allows them to spread out and clog up the public roads?

Why hasn't some public authority said enough's enough and sent them packing?

My guess is the roadside is public land. But that doesn't mean they should be able to camp out on it. I bet if I got around 50 people to park their cars on the side of the road and setup some tents the cops would tell us to leave.

I think this should be quite the lesson for the DUHmmies. See, those are not "official" headstones memorializing the dead, it's something that they put up and, boom, it has meaning. They should think about that the next time they desecrate a flag--that has meaning, too.

No doubt. If i were the police i would make them clean ALL the litter up every night. Crosses, tents everything if people camp over night they get arrested. The side of the road is NOT a campsite and the police can site them with vagrancy for something.
