This woman seems to be avoiding all criticism from the MSM. Complete immunity. Rove is letting it fester against Bush. Bush already calling for an investigation, led by him no less, is as bad or worse a move as the Tenet apology after Joe Wilson's piece. Ill timed, ill thought through.

Actually, when you call in the state you are giving authority over to them, your role becomes supportive no longer authoritative (meaning you no longer give the orders).
I believe in the end what we will all see is that the Response plans didn't work because people in authority didn't assume their proper roles....and it appears they still haven't. Too many roosters in the hen house syndrome.
