I think it was Limbaugh that said the dems are at their worst when they realize how hopeless their quest for power is.

Welcome to silly season in treasonville.

Nadler is just trying to show the other Dims what a fire-eater he is. It's much the same as displays of aggression amongst chimpanzees.

Yep - they use the Nadler/Cynthia McKinney types to make assinine statements even the average rat would not.

Good catch on who he sent it too. Curious.

you want to see Kerry and Reid and Pelosi on the sunday talk shows calling for impeachment? no, if that happened, the obvious followup would be to ask them how they knew what was going to come out of the grand jury.

having an lower level person like Nadler do this makes sense at this time.

You notice that Nadler requested Fitzgerald...I think this letter and subsequent article is yet another dem "sending a message" to Fitzy....

Only this time...instead of stating that Cheney, Libby or Rove are guilty...he takes it past that...to the "underlying" reason for Wilson to be involved at all...BUT, he does it by flattering Fitzy--

what a big, important USEFUL prosecutor he is.

The have been given the word to try to sway his decision through the media...

I always want to go read a Psalm when I read this stuff. The ones where David is asking for relief from his enemies.

I think they are in bitter earnest. The Democrat-Media Axis is coming for this Administration and we - all of us, the Administration and it's supporters - had damned well rush to action stations, otherwise we're in for the kind of hell that those of us born after the 1960's (myself included) have only read about in history books.

Humanity has said "never again" to the Holocaust, though it's seriousness on that measure seems increasingly dubious.

But I put it to you that we must all say "never again" to Watergate or Vietnam.

Never again will we allow the treason of the left at home to cause America to be defeated in a war abroad.

Never again will we allow the Democrat-Media cabal to come for our President.

Never again will we allow it. I don't care if we have to take to the streets - I don't care if we need to resort to the most extreme measures imaginable, but we will now allow it.

The defeat of America, at this critical juncture in history, would likely mean the end of Western Civilization as the dominant force on this planet. It will mean that Europe will be conquered by the Mohammadeans and that America will become a Chinese vassal state. Allow the left to win now, and the West will fall.

Period.

Better to fight in a civil war, or risk nuclear war, than to live in a world where China is the leading power.

Better to die in combat than to live to see the day when St. Peter's is desecrated and profaned by being transformed into a Mosque.

This is where we must stand. Today we conquer or die.

Do not be afraid my fellow freepers. How many times in the last five years liberals and their media have declared early fake victories against President Bush only to be faced with crushing defeats later on. These delusional morons strongly believe what they see in their wet dreams and they fall victims to their own lies so much so that they thought up to 9:00 PM on election night 2004 that Kerry was going to win in a landslide because they believed their own fake polls. Let them continue in their delusions and we will crush them when the next election time will come.

If there is evidence that Bush or Cheney authorized aides to deliberately mislead lawmakers, Nadler told Congressional Quarterly: "That would be an impeachable offense.'"

You can only impeach for "high crimes and misdemeanors." As far as I know, even if it is true, "authorizing an aide to deliberately mislead lawmakers" is not a crime.

yes, but if you were Fitzgerald, and you were truly acting independently, and you heard this statement - wouldn't you go in the other direction? I would, if I were truly independent and I was considering indicting someone over what is essentially a perjury trap - and I heard the Dems already on the warpath to impeachment - I would ask myself "am I doing the right thing opening this can of worms"?

What it basically means is Miller is no longer useful to the dems and is actually a hindrance now to their hopes and plans.

There is no catfight, this is a pre emptive strike by the dems.

Dowd is nothing more than a paid dem mouth piece.
