Buy your left wing wacko neighbor's kid a "WORLD PEACKEEPER" action figure for Xmas.
The aging Marxist hippie freaks at Code Pinko have a Christmas themed stunt centering around "SAY NO TO WAR TOYS at http://www.codepink4peace.org/article.php?list=type&type=96.
So don't buy War Toys.
Desert Infantry
Green Beret

Gunner
Navy Seal
Click on World Peackeepers Web Site under SOURCE and see all the great WORLD PEACEKEEPERS!!!
PEACEKEEPERS BUMP!
Where's G.I. Jane?
Sheila who?
That was HYSTERICAL. Thanks!
Great stuff!
Want to hear something ironic? In the '60s or early '70s, I lived for a time next door to some Marxist hippie freaks. They introduced me to wargaming with a much used copy of Avalon Hill's game 'Panzerblitz'.
I ended up in the Marines.
bttt
They need to invent some "real" Small Soldiers toys for them.
Consumer Truth Alert: The Code Pink-recommended Neville Chamberlin figure is all talk, no action.
When I was Christmas shopping this year there was a lone girl standing in front of the toy store in the Martinsburg, WV mall with a hand-made sign that said "Please don't buy war toys--support our troops by supporting peace."
My shopping was already done but I went in there just because of her and bought a toy pistol for my nephew and I made it a point to show it to her on the way out. I thanked her and told her that I wouldn't have thought to buy it if she hadn't been there. She said "You're sick".
I responded: "No, I'm a cop who understands that sometimes you need these things to stop bad people from doing wrong. And I'm teaching the kid how that works so he doesn't grow up to be Phil Donahue."
And another shopper--a woman--applauded me and said "hear, hear!" as she went by. (This IS West Virginia, after all. The protester was probably from Maryland.)
Best $8.00 I spent this year.
do you mean to quote Matthew 5:9? It says "Blessed are the Peacemakers" - slight difference - but significant.

That's just silly...and I base this on my degree in child psychology, service as a military officer and current status as a loving husband and father.
