2)Why haven't the kids of these folks gotten them out of there already? Zim has been in free-fall for quite some time. Why aren't the kids telling the folks, "Don't even think about selling the house. You're not going to get anything for. Pack a couple of suitcases. I'm sending you a plane ticket. You're coming here.
