Keep it clean.
If shown to be knowingly involved in this, they should be seriously disciplined. But I don't see any reason punishment should be any harsher than when guys get caught doing other stupid things.
Once again, the actions of a few may slam the ENTIRE unit--the majority of soldiers aren't part of this, I hate to see their names being dragged through the mud too! :*(
