Thanks for the update New Yorker. The courts are a big deal for us. The economy, Iraq/war on terror, and the courts are the biggest issues for many of us conservatives. President Bush is doing a good job on all those. Let's hope for more good news on Iraq this year.
Don't forget our borders
If we can improve the appeals courts, it will certainly make life easier for the conservatives on SCOTUS. There's a lot of work to do, and we need to build some momentum and stiffen some spines in the Senate.
Great work. Your list makes it pretty obvious that the 9th Circus is overdue to be split, bringing it into balance with the other circuits.
Thanks for the info. So, the 9th Court with 28 judgeships seem overdue to be split. While it may be difficult to do, perhaps W can make sure that he fills the vacants with his appointment.
The key to the future of the judiciary is if bush can replace stevens in the next three years.
Kennedy is going to burn us big time as the swing vote.
Conservatives desperately need stevens to say ok I'm 86, it's time to retire to florida.
Yes, we need at least one more. That means we need to control the Senate in 2006, and elect a good conservative in 2008 if we possibly can.
4) Judge Henry W. Saad 6th Circuit
The guy Reid impuned on the Senate floor by alledging something nefarious in an FBI record he wasn't to have access to!
8) Brett M. Kavanaugh D.C. Circuit
Payback from Hillary stalling this one.
Look at the Judges in limbo, and then we see a big part of the reason I despise and detest the losers that made that pact keeping all of them in limbo. ONLY part. There are many reasons to dislike it.
1) Judge Terrence W. Boyle 4th Circuit
2) William James Haynes, II 4th Circuit
3) Claude Alexander Allen 4th Circuit
4) Judge Henry W. Saad 6th Circuit
5) William Gerry Myers, III 9th Circuit
6) James Hardy Payne 10th Circuit
7) Judge Norman Randy Smith 9th Circuit
8) Brett M. Kavanaugh D.C. Circuit
9) Michael A. Chagares 3rd Circuit
