MSM FAKE STORY #1: Libby to Squeal on Cheney
Reality Not Reported: Libby Attorneys say story is false
MSM FAKE STORY #2: L.A. Mayor angry he was not notified of L.A. terror plot
Reality Not Reported: L.A. Mayor's office was notified by White House through California Homeland Security.
MSM FAKE STORY #3: NY Slimes reports that the White House knew the New Orleans was flooding the first day.
Reality Not Reported: This is a recycled FAKE News story. There were conflicting reports. At any rate, the state is responsible for the first 72 hours. The Governor and Mayor were slow in asking for help.
One day without my internet connection and three FAKE NEWS items hit rotation.
The S.S.CNN and the S.S.MSNBC.
Can you provide a link for the first one?
I haven't seen where Libby's laywers say it's false and there's a lib I would like to own on another message board with it.
Thanks.
And they also buried the most stunning revelation at the very bottom of the story:
White House Knew of Levee's Failure on Night of Storm
Mr. Bradberry, the state transportation secretary, told an investigator that he had focused on improving the highway evacuation plan for the general public with cars and had not attended to his responsibility to remove people from hospitals and nursing homes. The state even turned down an offer for patient evacuation assistance from the federal government.
In fact, the city was desperately in need of help. And this failure would have deadly consequences. Only 21 of the 60 or so nursing homes were cleared of residents before the storm struck. Dozens of lives were lost in hospitals and nursing homes.
Stunning. Not only did Louisiana fail to plan to evacuate nursing homes and hospitals ... but they TURNED ASIDE AN OFFER FROM THE FEDS TO HELP.
That should have been a screaming headline above the fold, but, hey, that doesn't promote the Bush bash agenda.
And top officials for the state of Louisiana should be charged with criminally negligent homicide.
This could be the basis for a neat, independent website that's continually updated.
He wasn't mayor at the time.
They have again revived the "CIA leak story" so we have how many fake Bush-bashing stories ongoing?? New Orleans, fund-raising, CIA leak, "wiretapping", mayor not notified, no WMD's. Soon we'll have the National Guard AWOL one back I'm sure.
All this came about right before the agreement on the Patriot Act just like it did before. Someone is feeding the MSM in hopes of derailing the Patriot Act.
The USS Nagin and his yellow submarines
bump for publicity
He wasn't mayor at the time.
LOL!!!
I think the L.A. mayor was talking about his president -- President Fox of Mexico City. President Fox did not notify him. :)
I have a fourth one:frantically raising hand: MSM is not reporting that we are tired of their "misreporting" stories like the first three!
For centuries, it has been the "haves" vs. the "have nots." I think in the 21st century, we're going to see battle between the "knows" and the "know nots." Most people simply take MSM news at face value and they build their whole concept of what's going in the world off that. Then there are those who sample the internet offerings, everything from FR to Drudge, WND, NewsMax and all the other sites, (not to mention foreign press) who get a much better picture of the events of our time. The result will end up being armed conflict between those who know what's occurring and those who believe the propaganda.
The MSM deliberately distort information and withhold pertinent facts to suit their liberal agenda. Then they turn around an poll the audience to see if the brainwashing was effective. If they don't get the results they want, they keep spewing the same garbage until the polls show they've obtained the desired results.
bttt
And the last time I checked, the leaking of grand jury testimony was a crime. Wouldn't it be rather ironic if prosecutors investigating an alleged leaking crime had themselves committed a leaking crime?
Is it generated so they can try and sell advertising or papers?
I think they find the truth and actual news dull or offensive to their liberal agendas and they generate false stories for fun and profit.
