Scalia is on CSPAN 1 now, live as well, but I saw this, and don't know what he's talking about (I heard "living constitution" if that's any help).

Tariq:
it is not necessary to suspect a country... anyone can do it, an American near the White House.

View of the audience shows something like a dozen people in a large room. Shocker.

Tariq:
I mean, if actually, there is going to be destruction, I think our position is not going to be strong. The others are going to say that ths is true, the five are not going to accept.
(tariq has been on board as supporting bio and chem warfare as well as nukes)

Confirmed: Tierney is speaking. They just showed him. He's MAD.
"Just how long is it going to take for them to get the material, folks? Simply because we don't have the evidence sitting on our face? That means we can't say it occurred? That's pathetic! we have to have a little bit more respect for our enemies. "

Tierney:
Everyone said 'hey there was no relationship between Saddam and terrorists. when discussing the use of bio weapons, he refers to the US Bio Weapons institute similar to Al Hakim. That's Ft Detrick.
Now, after the anthrax letters made their way to various locations, Stephen Hatfield temporarily a subject in the anthrax case had previously worked at Ft Detrick. Somebody, somewhere pointed the finger at him.
We just have Tariq Aziz saying "hey biological's the best way. they HAVE this institute so they can use that as the explanation for why it happened, and lo and behold, Stephen Hatfield was pinned. The man was innocent. He was never tried. And they still haven't figured out where those anthrax letters came from. Not in the legal sense at least."

Did you read the National Review Online piece from Byron York about Tierney?
Calling it an unflattering portrait would be a major understatement. Apparently, Tierney thinks that Hatfill mailed the letters on Saddam's behalf.

GRR... I missed the beginning, which was most of this. They're now bringing on experts to discuss this: Yosef Bodansky first.
