An HH-60 Pave Hawk helicopter carries a rescue basket during certification training at Westhampton Beach, N.Y., Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2006. Volunteers from the 106th Rescue Wing at Francis S. Gabreski Field, N.Y., tested the basket so it can be certified for use in rescuing people. It was the first time humans were used in the testing.
