I saw this translation about OKC somewhere last week. I don't think this is remotely proof of a link between OKC and al Qaeda.
I am still of the opinion that the link probably exists, and am hopeful that these documents may contain proof, but this ain't that.

The study concluded that Khumeini was delivered to Tahran during the revolution by an American combat aircraft? Iran obtained F-14s under the Shah's reign, perhaps one of these did the delivery.
