Hillary, who looks more like "Ellen" every day, really should be asked to take the Monica pledge:
"I did not have sexual relations with ... that woman"

The T-ster never stops. Bravo!
Great marketing, no doubt. ;)
But Ann did something even more important. She focused the world's attention on the clintons' rape of Juanita Broaddrick and on the Left's new McCarthyism.
thanx :)
That post has to go on record as one of the longest in FR history!! Geeze...
But that being said - my ultimate political fantasy is for Hitlery and Coulter to square off in a well-run debate. I suspect that Hitlery would come across as fake and angry, while Coulter would beat Hitlery so bad with the FACTS that Hitlery would start a fist fight!
OF course, such a debate will never happen - Coulter has everything to gain (book sales, publicity), while Hitlery has nothing to gain and everything to loose - adn she knows it.
Hillary will have to come out of her wall during her run. The DC Chapter will be there.
I think they fear too much attention will be drawn to this:
In "Godless: The Church of Liberalism," HUMAN EVENTS legal affairs correspondent Ann Coulter lays out one of the most original and perceptive philosophies on the cult of liberalism.
As Coulter writes:
Finally, the Democrats hit on an ingenious strategy: They would choose only messengers whom we're not allowed to reply to. Thats why all Democratic spokesmen these days are sobbing, hysterical women. You can't respond to them because that would be questioning the authenticity of their suffering. Liberals haven't changed the message, just the messenger. All the most prominent liberal spokesmen are people with "absolute moral authority" -- Democrats with a dead husband, a dead child, a wife who works at the CIA, a war record, terminal illness, or as a last resort, being on a first-name basis with Nelson Mandela."Whenever someone like the Jersey Girls or Sheehan appears, I try to picture wives of the men on the Arizona (Dec 7, 1941) etc behaving that way... You immediately see them for what they are, opportunists."
...while I've been aware of this dishonest and sleazy tactic for years, Ann has called attention to it on a national level.
MIA T. BUMP.
The victims of 9/11 were the husbands of the Jersey Girls, not the women themselves. Those men died not because Osama bin Laden singled them out for execution, but on pure random chance. The offense committed on 9/11 wasn't MORE against the widows than anyone else; it was against America ... every ONE of us! That their husbands happened to be working in offices in the Trade Center that day does not endow them with any insulation from criticism.
They gave up the right to respectful silence when they voluntarily used their grief as a platform from which to criticize the administration. They are no longer private, mourning widows, but willing pawns in a partisan battle. As such, they open themselves up to the same level of criticism they bring on their opponents.
It is disingenuous and childish to hurl brickbats, then scamper off whining when one comes back at you.
Everything above is doubly true for Cindy Sheehan, whose son was a voluntary member of the Armed Services, and gave his life in a cause he believed in, even if his mother didn't.
What's "unseemly" here is the exploitation of these dupes by a conscienceless Left, and the implication that the mean-spirited Right is somehow at fault for responding in kind.
Nice accumulation here. It is a keeper.
Thanks!
Very well stated!
Hitlery forgot to glance her mirror before this speech.
And perhaps turning on the less milquetoasty subset of traditional Democrats?
The Clinton's are endowed by their enablers with certain alienable rights...among them lies, perjury and the pursuit of power.
The fact is they will never reply to you Mia T, for that is part of their MO...deny, deflect, dismiss.
The fact that Ann dragged the beast into the marketplace of ideas and then beast-slapped her was a tremendous accomplishment.
Hooray to you Mia T.
Hooray to Ann Coulter!
Go Ann Go!
