In document ISGP-2003-00026334 there are two top secret memo dated September 24 2001 one of them (page 57 of the pdf document) talks about military urgent preparations for a US attack against Iraq and the other (page 6 of the pdf document) talks for urgent military preparations in case of US attacks against Afghanistan. These memos which came from the Iraq Air Force Command asked their troops to prepare as if “There is no way but a US attack against the country” and of course by country they mean Iraq.

1. The top secret letter from the office of Chief of the Army Staff, R.A.J, A.S and Security/ 1/9/6 cell 7022 on 23 September 2001, the approval of the Mr. Chief of the Army Staff was obtained to work according to the recommendation shown below:
A. The Commands and Corps must act as if the American aggression against the country is no other way but happening and therefore this demand gain time and take the appropriate measures.
B. Confirm the importance of the security of the replacement headquarters and the evacuation sites because it will be targeted by the collaborators.
C. Instruct to absolutely prohibit the use the wireless devices and the mobile phones in the evacuation sites and the replacement headquarters for the purpose of these sites security.
D. Strongly insist that the commands of the First and Fifth Corps use more intelligence sources to obtain as much information as possible about the enemy in the sector ( American-Turkish- The gang of destruction) and notify us with any developments.

1. The top secret letter from the office of Chief of the Army Staff, R.A.J, A.S and Security/ 1/9/1/7059 on 24 September 2001, Mr. Chairman of the Army Staff reviewed the minute of meeting of Operation Cell on 23 September 2001 and his Excellency approval was obtained for the following:
A. Inform the Commands, the Departments, all the Directorates and Establishments to immediately move to the Replacement Headquarters in case a strike occurred against Afghanistan.
B. Ensure that the border observation posts and the Air Defense posts to inspect and observe the sectors in precise fashion day and night with the necessity of the Air Defense Command an the Commands of the Corps to test and inspect the communication system and there will be committees coming in the next week from the General Headquarters to test what was mentioned above.
Mr. Commander reviewed what was in the letter and his Excellency commented with the following:

Most government translators are just “doing a job” and they are not aware of what to look for. For example I do not think they are looking for the names of Chemicals that can be used a Precursors to make Chemical weapons or can metals that can be used for prohibited nuclear programs activities. They are not looking for any connection of Saddam and terrorism and they missed a lot of these connections that are very clear in the documents I translated (please see my FR profile page). For example document ISGZ-2004-009247 that I have translated back in March 2006 that talks about meeting between Saddam Intelligence and Bin Laden in 1995 in Sudan and per the authorization of Saddam himself, the government translators synopsis that was posted few days ago does not even mention this extremely important fact.
Remember that by January 2002, Rockefeller, himself, was advising Syria, Jordan and Saudi Arabia the US was going to be knocking at Saddam's door. Our leftist required US to wait a whole year before that knocking began. A whole lot of time allowed for old Saddam to hide his wares.
Not only is is significant that Saddam thought America would respond to 9/11/01 by attacking IRAQ as well as Afghanistan, but the proscription against wireless devices for communications is REALLY interesting. Who was feeding info to Saddam?

One thing: the date shouldn't surprise anyone. Saddam obviously interpreted the president's 9/20/01 speech the same way I did. He knew he fit the list of those who were against us.

Someone mentioned earlier about Iraq state run newspaper. How would one be able to search through them? Are they microfilmed somewhere? Im sure one an find something incriminating against Saddam, such as his support for Al Queda in the mid-90's..as well as what was said in the rn-up to 911.
Where did that story come from where it was said that Saddam was in a bunker during 9/11? Is is confirmed? I find that very interesting if true.
Have they ever found the source of the WMD for Zarqawis attempted chem attack on Jordan? Has anyone followed up that story?
There is also writing on the bottom of that Saddam-911 portrait has anyone ever translated that? Doesnt it seem bold that Saddam is basically bragging about 911 - when he supposedly had nothing to do with it?
I truly think Saddam will eventually be tied to 911 - after Bush is out of office.
