Wouldn't it have been as tragic if he did it in a Chevy Cavalier?

Well, gee, I don't know why they mentioned it, perhaps it is the incredulity of wrecking a Jaguar as opposed to a Cavalier. Ask the NY Daily News, and yes, it would have been just as tragic in a Cavalier. Interesting that you would focus on that detail of the article, lol.

It's the poor card as opposed to the race card. But I think her point is valid. If the family has enough to buy that car, they should know better.
