Joe Lieberman is in a Democratic primary for his senate seat and is danger of losing it. The vote takes place on August 8. The far-left is in favor of his opponent and they loath Lieberman.
John Kerry, several weeks ago, said he would not endorse Joe Lieberman in the primary -- he's staying neutral.

I wouldn't say that Kerry "reversed himself"; he simply talked out of both sides of his mouth, a technique that the Democrats have mastered by decades of practice (when Republicans try it, it usually backfires).

I guess I should have stated that "a lot" of people struggle with their weight, me included.
You also don't need to eat, avoid drug use. And you don't need to brush your teeth.
You don't need to do a lot of things but you can not avoid the consequences of not doing them.
And no sympathies for weight strugglers. Stop whining and fix it.

And it was Clinton, desperate for a Mideast legacy other than making Arafat wait while he yoinked in the sink, who botched the Camp David deal; then weeks(?) later Itzahk Rabin got a bullet in the head and Arafat declared a fatwah.
