Oh, please! The guy's an actor who was drunk...he didn't take a gun into a synagogue and mow people down. He didn't blame the Jews for 9/11 and he didn't call for the destruction of Israel.
He doesn't have to "atone" for anything. He just needs to stay sober and quit Frenching women who aren't his wife. Everything else will follow.

The bottom line is that there's nothing Gibson can so or do to make some people change their mind now about him. That's just life. I hope to God he doesn't start making Jewish movies. But wasn't he going to make a movie about MASADA?
