Let's hope that a "severe blow" to aq will be a beginning to the end--that is, unless the aclu runs over to be concerned with this turds human rights.

Al Qaeda's No. 2 operative in , Hamed Juma Faris al-Suaidi, has been arrested....Just damn...I don't think our people will ever learn...there is absolutely nothing to be gained by capturing these people. They should be dead.
Now, must we have to watch another Saddam trial...with the decrepit and despicable Ramsey Clark "defending" mr. al-suaidi???
Just damn!

With Zarqawi it always used to be the number 3 guy who went down again and again.
Now we've got crosshairs on the 2nd in line. Pretty soon it'll be the top banana.
Sounds safest to be #1247.

Holding my breath for the MSM to report on this and its importance.
Ok, this is a bad idea.

Yet another terrorist who could have been on our soil taking over an elementary school captured in Iraq. Good news there.

The guy is singing like a canary. I presume the Iraqis are handling the interrogation, using some sophisticated methods.

"The 9/11 attacks killed 2,973 people, not including the 19 hijackers who crashed four commercial airliners into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and a field in Pennsylvania. The number of troops and military contractors who have died in Iraq and Afghanistan has now reached 2,974."
Abu al CNN printed this in the article, along with the latest string of attacks, as "balance", so that liberals/democrats/progressives wouldn't feel so bad about AQ #2's capture.

Again? This is like the 9th Al Suaidi captured in Iraq. Granted, he is either a top lieutenant or a consultant.
