Homosexuality by any definition IS A PERVERSION of the function of the human body.
Mann's efforts to spin homosexuality into some form of normalcy defines his status as a homosexual. His sexual fetish is not normal. Calling him a deviant, pervert, or a hedonist is not hate speech any more than calling a rainy day wet is hate speech.
Homosexual Mann is confusing fighting words with hate speech. Then it is a question of whether pointing out that Mr. Man's status as a homosexual means he likes to stick his penis in another man constitues unreasonable fighting words based on truth.
The shocking part is Pervert Mann was a TEACHER on top of that he is a LAWYER who
is SUPPOSED to be trained in his first year of law school about constitutional law and the first amendment.
He has no place as a lawyer based on his ignorance.

A homosexual, or as they say a 'gay', is someone who only about recreational sex with persons of the same sex.
All that other stuff he said is utter BS and irrelevant.
He says a term that labels someone's behavior does not explain what they do, but who they are.
You see, I'm a huge coffee drinker, but thats just who I am. It has absolutely nothing with what I do, according to his logic.
My translation: Mr. Mann wants to silence Christians.
