I know, that was frustrating me, I'm listening to it online too. I got the heads up from the WI locale board, and that's where the poster heard the info so it's the first place I checked. I just posted an article that gives a lot more information...

There are, and have been, much more authoritarian public school systems than the American one. At least some of those societies were/are armed, and besides where is a will, there is a way - weapons of some sort [knives, or hardware store ammonia or accumulator acid might do] are rarely a problem. So where else was such baboonery happening?

Principal Shot at Sauk County School
BREAKING NEWS: SAUK COUNTY SCHOOL SHOOTING

Breaking news at this hour from the border of Sauk and Richland Counties. Police are investigating a school shooting.

The school district tells NBC 15 News the principal of the school has been shot. He has been flown by med flight to a hosptial for treatment. His condition is unknown.

According to an witness inside the school who talked with NBC 15, the shooting happened around 8 am at Weston School in Cazenovia. That witness tells us shots were fired inside the high school.

The Weston School is currently under lock down. School buses are being brought to the school for the removal of students from the building.

So where else was such baboonery happening?

The problem is that in those other places subservience to the nanny-state was so ingrained in the culture that it was never questioned, thus no problems. Americans don't think like that. Basically, the way to fix this problem is to become even more authoritarian and intusive, or to become far less authoritarian and intrusive. I know which one I favor.

Sauk County Principal Shot

Fri 09/29/2006 - According to witnesses, a former student entered the Weston School near Lime Ridge this morning armed with multiple weapons. The district confirms that Principal John Klang was shot. They would not confirm his condition. A district spokesperson said the school was secure and students were safe. We have crews headed to the scene.

Principal shot, critically injured at Weston High School WSJ

The principal-administrator of the Weston School District was reported shot this morning at the K-12 school in Cazenovia, the Sauk County Sheriff's Department said.

A man tentatively identified as district administrator John Klang was "critically injured" in the shooting, said Bonnie Manning, administrative assistant with the sheriff's department.

A suspect was taken into custody, Manning said, adding that she had no information about the assailant. No other injuries were reported.

Manning confirmed that the shooting took place at the school, however, she wasn't certain of the time.

An operator at the Sauk County 911 center said officials were too busy to talk this morning.

The 373-student school is about 70 miles northwest of Madison on the line between Sauk and Richland counties.

A friend's child went home yesterday with the news that a boy in her class said to her and a few others, "I'm going to kill all of you." Then he pointed at each of the children who were within earshot and said as he pointed, "You and you and you and you . . ." It scared this little girl a bit. And her mother. And another child. The child is clearly disturbed.

Wayne LaPierre caught flak a couple years ago with that theory and I'm in agreement with him that the anti-freedom gungrabbers would positively hate if there were no shootings for them to dance around. I know we're out on a limb, but one truly has to wonder.

Shootings and other violent crimes happen in malls, bars, banks, 7-11's, churches, individual homes - in addition to schools.

As long as there are people in the world who are intent on hurting others, these atrocities will continue.

I don't know about that. The same child said something similar a few weeks ago. The girl did not immediately tell her mother. When she did, the mom notified the school. They brought in a shrink. And within days the child is making specific threats.

LaPierre caught flak for exposing the hoplophobes' MO, and they can't have that! Didn't he say something like "...dancing in the blood of victims"?

The gun-grabbers are revving up again, so any school shootings play right into their hands. That fact, of course, makes you wonder if they aren't orchestrating them somehow.

Scary... If I were the parent of one of the kids threatened then I would go straight to the police. There is a possiblity the school did not notify them.
