The NYS Comptroller could be fined, suspended, or removed from office.

"Hevesi was a long-time state Assembly member before becoming city comptroller and, in 2002, state comptroller. He is running for re-election this fall against Republican Chris Callaghan, the former treasurer of Saratoga County."

They were just talking about it on the local news. Impeachment proceedings would have to be initiated by the Speaker or by the Governor. The Speaker is a Dem, so that's not likely. There hasn't been an impeachment in NYS since 1913. Maybe that's what the problem is here.

Isn't Hevesi the dirtbag who publically threatened the life of the President?

Hillary Clinton could have had chauffeurs whacked and they wouldn't have investigated.

Yes, he is.
Introducing Schumer, he said
"The man who, how do I phrase this diplomatically, who will put a bullet between the president's eyes if he could get away with it. The toughest senator, the best representative. A great, great member of the Congress of the United States."
