Yeah, I found it surprising, too. He worked for Cato. I at first thought he must have been a misidentified commielib, since liberals are sometimes called libertarians by people who don't know what a libertarian is. Apparently not. (Someone should tell him that in comparison to Santorum, Casey is a Bolshevek.)
